Items shipped to US may be exchanged or returned. Customers are responsible for return fee, and custom and duties.
Mainland China and Other Regions
Free returns are available for full priced items. For sale items, PORTS-INTL.COM charges customers a return fee of RMB20,and will be deducted from your refund when you use our courier service. Customers are responsible for customs and duties for orders shipped to HK, Macau and Taiwan.
Other Countries
Items shipped to various other countries may generally be exchanged or returned. Customers are responsible for return fee, and custom and duties.
Return Conditions
Purchases must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order and with the original Return/Exchange Form. Returns or exchanges should be requested by contacting our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order. You may book your collection with our courier.
Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all PORTS product tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Please email customercare@Ports-Intl.com or phone +86 400.886.1961 to contact us if any of your purchases have been delivered without PORTS tags.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything we at Ports-Intl.com reasonably believe has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
Steps to Return and Exchange Your Purchase
- Request your return or exchange by contacting Customer Care through phone call. Please quote your order number on your Return/Exchange Form.
- Complete the Returns/Exchange Form and provide the reason why you want send your item back. If the item is faulty, please provide details why. Enclose the completed Return/Exchange Form with your shipment.Please note that goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- You may schedule a collection with FedEx, EMS or SF-Express for your return/exchange. Once we receive your return, we will examine your merchandise to see if it meets the conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy.
- You will be notified by email once your return/exchange has been received and processed.

Receiving a Refund
When your item(s) has been approved for refund by our Customer Care advisor, PORTS-INTL.COM will refund the original form of payment or provide you with an electronic store credit.
Please note: card refunds can take up to 3-15 working days to show on your statement due to the processing times between card issuers
